An international digital marketing agency in Aarhus C is looking for a new team member - A Customer Success Manager - to deliver fast, accurate and proactive service to our clients in Spain.

Are you ambitious and results driven? Are you outgoing and proactive? Then you might be our new Customer Success Manager. We offer a job with a lot of responsibility from the beginning. You will be part of our Customer Success Team at the Aarhus office.

Your responsibilities

• Deliver high service and counseling to our business partners (affiliates, media, advertisers) via mail, phone and physical meetings.
• Develop and expand corporations with existing media and clients.
• Contribute to the digital presence of our advertisers.
• Research and establishing of corporations with new advertisers and affiliates.
• Optimising and maintenance of the Customer Success Team’s advertiser portfolio: securing accurate tracking, creation of campaigns, invoicing etc.

Your personal and professional profile

• You are proactive, structured and self driven.
• You have a relevant education in sales, digital marketing or counselling of clients.
• You have practical experience in sales outreach via phone.
• You can work with a lot of different projects efficiently and focused.
• You have a positive mindset and a strong ability to work in a team.
• You have flair for written and spoken communication on both english and spanish.
• You are eager to develop experience and a career in digital marketing and account management.
