Adservice has done business in Norway for the past 12 years and now we feel it's time to get even closer to our clients and publishers in Norway. We are therefore looking for a Norwegian Country Manager who can be in charge of starting and running our new office in Oslo and ensure that we grow our Norwegian business.

Your role

As our Country Manager in Norway, you will build, manage, and grow our business activities and presence on the Norwegian market. Our Country Managers are entrepreneurs as well as they have a can-do attitude coupled with a high sense of urgency. The ability to be persistent is of utmost importance when building an office from the ground up.

You will be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO in Denmark.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure that all aspects of the business in Norway operate smoothly
• Build and motivate your team in Norway
• Take care of marketing, sales, operations, campaign planning, client,publisher service, and continuous innovation
• Develop and expand corporations with existing publishers and clients
• Research and establish cooperations with new advertisers and affiliates
• Ensure that our Norwegian publishers adheres to all country regulations and guidelines

What we expect from you

• 5+ years of experience with affiliate marketing
• You are entrepreneurial and have a passion for creating things from scratch
• You are proactive, reliable, and have a high sense of urgency which makes it easy for you to excel in a dynamic environment
• You are able to communicate effectively in both English and Norwegian (written and oral)
• You have a positive mindset, are proactive, and result-oriented
